• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you take Custom Orders?

  Yes! I'm happy to make any custom amiibo, FunkoPop, Nendoroid, or simple figure. This request will, however, take longer than listings already on my shop.

  This is an order for one (1) custom Overwatch character (Pricing is for character default skin and does not include amiibo figure. Amiibo figure can be provided at additional cost "reflected as w/ amiibo under options" or it can be mailed in). Do choose the right option. Feel free to contact me if it is confusing since the characters/alphabets allow under option is limited.

  Female character will be custom using ZSS amiibo. Dva is only for the human figure. Her Mech is not included.

  Custom will include accessories added to the figure, base decoration, and repainting as required or necessary.

  If by any chances, I can't accommodate the request and we can't come to an agreement prior to starting of the project, full refund will be given. Refund will also be given if I can't locate the required figure in store and buyer is not able to send his/her own figure. Due to the nature of custom, all purchase is final.

  Note: All items will be carefully pack for shipping. However, if custom items came loose during shipment, it is understood that buyer have to put them back in place using superglue.
